Friendly Atmosphere for a Relaxing Stay
The cozy atmosphere, personal touches like a Christmas card and chocolates, and spotless rooms made it memorable. Access to the kitchen was a huge plus! For future guests, don’t miss using the washing machine to keep your clothes fresh.

A hidden gem with great vibes
We spent 3 nights and loved the cozy feel! The place is super clean, and the beds? Seriously comfortable! Everyone was so friendly, and we were even treated to a warm welcome with a Christmas card! Just wish the kitchen was a bit bigger for all the guests. Food at the restaurant was tasty, too!

Just a decent option for a weekend jaunt in Sunderland with fantastic value for money. The Italian restaurant attached had truly amazing food and service. Watch out for the steep staircase if you're carrying bags.

We had a lovely stay! The shared kitchen was a great perk with complimentary breakfast items and the Italian restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious! The steep stairs were a bit tricky but I would absolutely return again for the warm atmosphere.

pleasant stay with attentive service
My stay in the deluxe twin room was very enjoyable. The host, Diana, made a real effort to assist me, providing directions and patiently waiting while I charged my electric vehicle.
The room could use a small upgrade in amenities.

Family with children friendly
Diana was a fantastic host, showing us around the place and making us feel at home right away. The shared kitchen was a hit—being able to grab bread and cereals for breakfast was just what we needed, especially with kids running around.
Now, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still worth every penny.

Just a nice choice for a city holiday in Sunderland with good value for cost. The shower was perfectly usable despite its age. Be ready for the steep stairs if you're on the upper floors.
